Delivery Policy

We deliver our products to all countries and mainly within the UAE. Shipping is carried out via a trusted third-party courier service.

Delivery Time:

• • Delivery within UAE cities is completed within 1 – 2 working days.
• • Delivery to other countries is completed within 4 – 10 working days.

Delivery Charges:

• • UAE Delivery Fee: Flat Rate of 15.
• • International Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination country and location.

• • Upon delivery, a proof of receipt signed and confirmed by the customer is required.

Multiple Shipments:

The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statements.

If applicable, some items may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or item type.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be completed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or if the product is damaged or incorrect. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition using a registered courier service.

If eligible, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed.
